Cancellation and “No Show” Policy; Terms and Conditions:
(1) A deposit of 1/3 of the total fare or $100 (whichever is greater) is required to finally confirm a reservation. All deposits are NON-refundable (2) CANCELLATION POLICY: 48-hour cancellation notice prior pick up leads to responsibility of 50% of total fare. If you do not cancel prior to the cancellation policy, customer is responsible for the full fare. Limotions reserves the right to charge the full fare upfront at special event dates such as prom or homecoming WITHOUT any refund at cancellation. (3) Client assumes full financial liability for any interior damage to the vehicle during rental by them or any member of their party. Sanitation (vomiting) fee is up to $500 (4) Drug use is prohibited by law and any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Smoking is NOT permitted in all our vehicles. A fee of $150 applies at violation. (5) Overtime will apply 15 minutes after the drop off time on the trip sheet (30 min. increments for sedan and stretch Limos; 1 hour increments for all Buses) (6) Wait time will apply after the first 15 minutes of the prearranged pick up time on the trip sheet at point-to-point transportations only (15 min. increments) (7) Limotions is not responsible for delays due to road conditions, flat tires and breakdowns or accidents (8) Limotions is not responsible for belongings left in vehicles (9) Total balance due to be paid to the driver on the run date, with the exception of an account that is on file (10) Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. (11) Terms considered agreed by sending back a signed copy of rental confirmation OR providing cash or credit card to charge deposit
